People Solutions began, with a clever ideas and a talented group of professionals in 2010, now over seven years ago. In our first twelve months we delivered a significant transformation project across a large Australian organisation numbering 10,000 plus employees. A sizeable feat for year-one. Our story was just beginning. We have since expand into broader industries, such as construction, utilities, manufacturing, media and finance, yet stayed true to focus and passion of helping businesses maximise their people assets.

Off the back of accomplished senior executive careers in the corporate arena, Prue and Damian are the minds behind the innovative business model. A key element of the business’ success is in the ability to rapidly scale up project teams within organisations to deliver. Damian Bowden – Director
Having consulted across an array of industries Damian’s unique ability to translate strategy into action has proven invaluable, time over.  Commercially focused HR professional, with proven ability to successfully lead multi-disciplinary HR functions in complex business environments at the Executive level.  Damian specialises in transformation programs, people/process/system change, organisation design and HR strategy. Add to that Damian’s quick wit, pragmatism, consultative style and adaptability, and it makes sense that he can not only integrate easily at all organisational levels but also influence effectively. Prue Heavey – Director
Prue is a visionary who works best in challenging, dynamic environments where innovation is critical to success. Her expertise runs deep and stems from a diverse background in Senior HR and Employee Relations roles across industries as broad as energy, insurance, banking and health. A strategist with an exemplary personal commitment to quality execution, Prue has designed and delivered a wide range of significant business transformation and change programs.Prue is a true partner to her clients. Highly regarded and trusted for valued advice, her ability to influence at Executive and Senior Management levels is proven.
